User Responsibility & Personal Safety
You are responsible for your own wellbeing while using FaithLab:
- Do not use FaithLab practices to replace professional medical, psychological, or pastoral care
- If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services
- Use spiritual practices wisely and in a way that honors your personal circumstances and health
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Faith experiments on FaithLab may involve real-world actions — acts of generosity, conversations, commitments, lifestyle changes, or other steps of obedience. By using FaithLab, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You are solely responsible for any actions you take as a result of using FaithLab, including any physical, financial, relational, emotional, or other consequences of those actions.
- FaithLab, Living Tree Software, Refill My Soul, and their owners, operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, harm, dismemberment, financial loss, or damage of any kind arising from your use of this service or your performance of any faith experiment.
- No faith experiment on FaithLab is intended to encourage reckless, unsafe, or harmful behavior. You are required to use your own wisdom, discernment, and sound judgment before taking any action.
- If an experiment or suggested action conflicts with your safety, health, legal obligations, or the welfare of others, do not perform it. Your personal judgment supersedes any prompt within this app.
By continuing to use FaithLab, you agree that you assume full responsibility for your own actions and release FaithLab and its owners from any and all claims arising from your use of this service.
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account:

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings.
